All orders are sent either by Dpd or Evri, we aim to send goods out as quickly as possible in every circumstance.

Orders shipped outside of the UK will, however, take longer but hopefully they're worth the wait : International buyers will need to take care of any local customs/duty requirements.

(some UK postcodes may incur an additional delivery surcharge - see below for details).

We do not ship to international/overseas addresses.

All items are well packaged and secured.  Deliveries are made on working days weekends – Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday excluding Bank Holidays.   - please contact us on for further details. We cannot guarantee next day delivery and cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred once the parcel has left our premises. 

Delivery timings are not guaranteed and there are postcode exceptions where delivery may take longer.  Deliveries can be made anytime between 7am and 10pm. In the event of no-one being in to take delivery, a parcel may be left with a neighbour, designated place (i.e. porch) or may be taken to a local Post Office, where it can be collected.  You will require some form of identification to claim your parcel.

We will ship to the address supplied by you in the shipping address part of the order.  If this address is incorrect, we will not be held responsible for any loss of goods or compensation thereafter regarding goods or shipping costs.

UK POSTCODES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO SURCHARGES/EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES

There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales and cannot offer next day delivery.   In addition, the following postcodes within the UK may incur an additional surcharge of £. ( price to be determined ). We will contact you after receiving your order to arrange payment of the delivery surcharge.  

We will be happy to refund your order in full prior to dispatch should you decide not to pay the delivery surcharge:-
